I'm particularly interested in Tillandsia bromeliads. These plants, unfortunately, are frequently marketed as "air plants". Sometimes the growing instructions will state that all they need is a misting once a month. In low humidity, they need much more care than this. They also have light requirements that aren't usually mentioned. I've had both successes and failures with these plants.
